I see a new trend in current world that they called it crowd-funding. I am still analyzing it whether i could combine it with 5P Method for a better method of rural electrification project. I am still confuse to what extend people can be significantly reliable. Call me a little bit conservative but i still believe that every components in a country shall work together for a betterment.
Indeed it is totally wrong to rely everything on the hand of government. However, i sometime sense solely people power leads to nowhere. I believe that the aforementioned combination is God's formula, the thing is i may need longer reading and contemplating to create one.
Generalization (and or over-generalization) that occurs frequently to date bothers me immensely. I mean, how come ones formulate some policies without ever set their feet to the field. I tell you, Aceh and Papua is different, that is in provinces level, not to mention sub-villages level. I do not understand scientists who creates something without feeling it at first. I mean how can you say it is a chocolate if you never taste a chocolate (as what my bf always told me).
Henceforth, undertaking rural electrification project is not an easy job as it is related to the lives of many villagers who has been living in the dark world, literally. Thus a good method should be carefully studied and applied if ones do hope a betterment of people's lives.
